I got totally behind on my Strange Invisible Perfume reviews/competitions during the recent disrupt but here we are and you can win a beautiful bottle of their Taurus fragrance just by sharing what YOU think of as the Tao of Taurus.

As you may recall, i cover the SIP frags as they are (1) astrologically linked and (2) ethno-botanical, super-herbal and not a single paraben or synthetic essence in whiff. Literally. Which we approve of for the environment, for our immune systems anda all. But they’re composed by a Virgo Nose following old-school composition rules.

So the Taurus fragrance has main notes of geranium, oakmoss and vetiver…There is more (neroli and so on) but those are what my not-a-Virgo nose detects and i love it. If you like GREEN scents (i love them so much i nearly fainted with delight when i smelled a vintage Vent Vert) you will love this.

It smells like a Taurus should smell – of the Earth, grounded, sensual and totally together. It’s very grounding. It is a scent you could conceivably wear to yoga and it would be supportive, not obtrusive, augmenting your zen without being LOUD. If this was a woman, she would be the sort of chick whom at first glance looked like a normcore hippie but then you realized she was in fact extremely beautiful – so much so that no artifice or brashness was needed nor employed. The sort your partner fancied but it was irritating as she was so new age about it.

Strange Invisible Taurus also brings to mind the fantasy quick roll in the hay if it was impregnated (so to speak) with grapefruit.  Or like Lady Chatterley coming home from consulting with her gardener about the coriander crop.

I love it and maybe it’s because i have Jupiter in Taurus but this makes me feel more at one with nature – like i see the auras of trees and all.
