If you read my thoughts and posts about the various meanings of Uranus into Taurus, then you might remember I mentioned we hadn’t see the end of the disruption (Uranus) related to women and the new women’s movement (Venus) / #metoo / #timesup / and so on –

It wasn’t hard to deduce.

The change-maker and awakener planet Uranus moving into Taurus, which is ruled by the most feminine planet, Venus, and moreover doing it in the existing world climate of #metoo and #timesup, well, it just screams greater and real liberation.

The systemic abuse and degradation of women (Venus) that we have seen for as long as patriarchal society has existed has to be the subject of a mass rebellion (Uranus).

Uranus awakens and liberates. Taurus is the sign associated with that most feminine of feminine energies, Venus Aphrodite.

What I wrote about Uranus into Taurus earlier this year…

– … if you thought the #metoo and #timesup movements had peaked, think again. Remember, Taurus goes with Venus and Venus is all about the feminine. Uranus it the planet that splits conventions wide open. This movement is going to be even more intense in the coming seven years, as women’s roles change, women change, and we see a whole new Women’s Liberation movement for the new millennium starting up.

A vote happening soon in the UK parliament about whether or not misogyny is a hate crime is a classic example of this.

Yahoo UK reports that Stella Creasy, the Labour MP for Walthamstow, has put forward an amendment to the upskirting bill that would ensure that misogyny is seen as an aggravating factor.

Aries Stella Creasy has the healing planetoid Chiron and communications planet Mercury at 0 and 3 degrees of Taurus respectively. No wonder she is speaking up (Mercury) to heal (Chiron) women as Uranus triggers Taurus and her chart. Go Stella!

No matter what the outcome of the vote, the fact that this question is even on the table is mega – and in my personal opinion, we should all get behind it.
