Astro Daily: January 25, 2022
Mercury returns to Capricorn, winding back to events from late December when Mercury was last in the sign. Time to get a second look or second opinion. Capricorn gives Mercury clarity and focus.
In fact, there’s a lot going on in Capricorn this week. As you may remember, Mars arrived in Capricorn yesterday, a sign where Venus also comes to the last few days of its retrograde. Ruled by Saturn, Capricorn helps us to find maturity, to smartly weigh our options. It’s possible that we don’t quite have all the answers yet, especially while Mercury in Venus are retrograde.
Just a friendly reminder that retrogrades aren’t bad, despite their prevailing reputation. Instead, it’s a time to pull inward instead of push outward. Communication needs a second look courtesy of Mercury Retrograde. We have to reconsider our choices as well as our words. With Venus Retrograde, we have to reconsider our relationships and how we connect to others. Regardless, something has to shift, even if it’s internal.
Mercury turns direct on February 3 at 24 degrees Capricorn. Venus turns direct this week on January 29 at 11 Capricorn.
