This 2:1 Jupiter librator is named for the indigenous North American people, inhabitants of a 60,000-square kilometer area of Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. The Navajo people probably migrated to the southwest United States in the fifteenth century. Today their flourishing culture is particularly renowned for its artistic achievement, including weaving and silver work. (M 12975) _ _.
