Skip Owens (b. 1975) is the NASA LSP Integration Engineer for the OSIRIS-REx Asteroid Sample Return Mission. He was also a LSP Flight Design Engineer for over a dozen NASA missions. Before starting with LSP in 2001, he worked spacecraft mission design at Goddard Spaceflight Center for the EO-1 and WMAP missions.
