Hiroshi Manabe (1932-2000), born in Ehime prefecture, was a Japanese illustrator, well known for his illustrations for science fiction and mystery novels. He also served as a planner for the international exhibitions held in Osaka (1970), Okinawa (1975) and Tsukuba (1985).
