John D. McClusky (1914-1994) was a dedicated artist who portrayed the town of Fredericksburg, Texas, and its people in his paintings. He founded the Fredericksburg Art Guild, and for 30 years he gave tri-weekly free art lessons to all who desired to learn to paint.
