Natalie Saranga Omattage (b. 1990) was awarded first place in the 2008 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for her environmental sciences project. She also received the Intel Foundation Young Scientist Award. She attends the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science, Columbus, Mississippi, U.S.A.
