Raymund Chun-Hung To (b. 1985) was awarded third place in the 2003 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his mathematics team project. He was also awarded first place in the American Mathematical Society's Karl Menger Memorial Prize. He attends the Fairview High School, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.
