Wesley Ryan Fuller (b. 1985) was awarded first place in the 2003 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his environmental science team project. He also received the MILSET Expo-Sciences International Award. He attends the Hamilton High School, Chandler, Arizona, U.S.A.
