Stephen J. Paddack (b. 1934) is an aeronautical engineer, who was involved with many spacecraft missions, including Cobe, ICE, and ISEE 1, 2 and 3. His research on the effects of radiation pressure contributed significantly towards understanding the Yarkovsky-O'Keefe-Radzievskii-Paddack (YORP) effect.
