Radio astronomer Osamu Kameya (b. 1956) is a researcher at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. He studies the formation mechanism of massive star-forming regions through radio observations. He has also contributed to the construction of VERA (VLBI Experiment for Radio Astrometry).
