William Kuhn (1918– ) lives in Orange, California. He designed and directed the building of the 0.55-m Kuhn telescope in Anza for the Orange County Astronomers. This telescope has been used for the discovery of numerous minor planets. Kuhn has dedicated his life to educating, assisting and inspiring astronomers of all ages. (M 47169) _ _.
