Kálmán Kittenberger (1881-1958) was a Hungarian traveller, African researcher, zoologist, teacher, hunter and writer on natural history. He made six trips to Africa, and collected 60,000 items for the biological collections of the Hungarian National Museum, including 300 new animal species.
