Mary J. Brown (b. 1945) assisted in organizing the Palomar Observatory's 1.2-m Schmidt Oschin Telescope plate archive at the California Institute of Technology. This eight-month project was accomplished in 2002 by a dedicated group of eleven volunteers, of which Mary was a valuable member.
