Reinhard E. Schielicke (b. 1940) is a German engineer who worked in astronomy as an associate of the University Observatory of Jena. He was a member of the council of the Astronomische Gesellschaft. He is the editor of numerous astrophysical books as well as the (co-)author of astronomy-historical books.
