Linie was the avant-garde association of artists active in České Budějovice from 1931 to 1939. Its work covered the full range of art disciplines. Its rich international contacts, including connection to the Bauhaus, resulted in the exhibition of L. Moholy-Nagy in České Budějovice in 1936.
