Katsuhito Ohtsuka (b. 1959) is a curator of Tokyo Meteor Network and its meteorite collection. He studies the dynamics of small solar system bodies, specially (3200) Phaethon, 96P/Machholz and their complex members. A dynamical relationship between Phaethon and (155140) 2005 UD was discovered by him in 2005.
