Astronomer Daniel Craig Boice (1953– ) is an expert in cometary science and a dedicated educator. He was a member of NASA’s Deep Space 1 Mission to comet 19P/Borrelly, codiscoverer of a radio flare on Menkar and recipient of the P. Gott Award.
