Nicole Rappaport (b. 1950), a senior research scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, is an authority on radio science and the use of spacecraft tracking data to determine the masses and gravity fields for the natural satellites. She has also done important work on the dynamics of Saturn's ring particles.
