Named for the goddess of flowers who married Zephyrus. Chloris was daughter of Amphion and Niobe {see planet  (71)}. Some legends say she married Neleus, king of Pylos, was the mother of Nestor {see planet  (659)}, eleven other sons, and one daughter.
