Bohdan Warchal (1930–2000) was an outstanding violinist, conductor and teacher. A member of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, he was from 1960 chief conductor and solo violinist of the Slovak Chamber Orchestra, which became widely renowned throughout Europe. (M 46012) _ _.
