Astrology of Wednesday, June 20th 2018

20 Jun 2018, 09:00 am
The Moon enters Libra first thing on Wednesday. The social and relaxed quality of Luna in Libra is, however, increasingly cramped by an afternoon square with heavy Saturn in Capricorn. Work and other obligations may thus induce more boredom and eye-rolling than normal. After clearing the square with Saturn, the Moon moves on to a night-time configuration with Venus and Mars, which are currently opposed on the eclipse axis. As I wrote of it in “The Way Divides:”

"Mars and Venus together churn the passions, swirling strife and harmony into a volatile yet erotic mixture... Ego issues will arise, and the desire to be seen, as well as the fear thereof, may take center stage."

Although Mars and Venus stir things up, Mercury’s trine with Neptune today may make it easy to overlook or misunderstand relational dynamics on the brink of mutation. Late-late night, the Sun sneaks into Cancer, marking the solstitial moment. That, however, we will deal with tomorrow.
