The Moon is in indulgent, sensual Taurus today, picking up on Venus and Jupiter. Graze, wander, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life with friends or a lover. Venus and Jupiter want abundance, but a square to Neptune requires us to see beyond the fantasy.
Venus, the ruler of Taurus, has been in Gemini since July 4, a placement that epitomizes the phrase, variety is the spice of life. As the planet of love and attraction, Venus in Gemini wants options. It likes to sample many different things. It charms and it flirts.
Let’s not forget that there’s some electric astrology going on as well. Mars in Cancer just completed a square to Uranus and the Sun will do the same on July 20. This is a week to make a change or a U-turn. Whenever Uranus is involved, we can’t keep doing things the same way. We have to innovate or make a break.
