Oleg Yankov (b. 1968) is a Russian philanthropist. Two observatories were built at his facilities: the Ka-Dar and TAU stations, which both conduct pioneering work in amateur observational astronomy: the study of variable stars and comets, and discoveries of minor planets, comets, novae and supernovae.
