Donald Rathbun (b. 1923) is a distinguished neurologist. Founder of the Epilepsy Association of El Paso, Rathbun also served on the Texas state board of United Cerebral Palsy, served as vice president of the State Development Disabilities Council and was elected to the Explorers Club.
