Mazell Tetruashvily (b. 1986) was awarded second place in the 2004 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for her medicine and health project. She also received the Intel Foundation Achievement Award. She attends the Cherokee High School, Marlton, New Jersey, U.S.A.
