Elisabeth Badinter (Bleustein-Blanchet, b. 1944) is a French author, feminist and philosopher. Specializing in the eighteenth-century Enlightenment literature, she became famous for L´amour en plus (1980), where she defends the rights of women and proclaims the resemblances between men and women.
